Mild anionic surfactants of this class are far less barrier-disrupting than sulfates in surfactant research. In your custom foaming cleanser, body wash, hand wash, or bubble bath, it gives every skin type a luxurious lather that cleans effectively without over-drying. In your sulfate-free or clarifying shampoo, it removes oil and product buildup while leaving hair soft, not squeaky.
